Saud brings more than 20 years of leadership across finance, technology and operations, specialising in complex transformation and governance. With a foundation in finance and accounting, he has a deep understanding of financial processes, reporting, controls and operational requirements — enabling him to bridge the gap between business, technology and delivery.
He is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), CPA and IPA member, PMP‑certified Project Manager, Prosci ADKAR Change Practitioner and SAP FI Certified — offering a rare blend of financial, operational and delivery expertise that strengthens every program he leads.

Deep understanding of financial processes, controls, reporting, budgeting and operational finance — grounded in 20+ years across accounting, audit, finance leadership and transformation.
ERP, CRM & EPM Transformation
Extensive experience across Microsoft Dynamics (F&O, BC, GP), AlayaCare, Board EPM, Solver CPM, Magento, Sage/Peachtree and other enterprise platforms — with strong capability in business readiness, requirements, UAT, cutover and post‑go‑live stabilisation.
Governance, PMO & Structured Delivery
Strong governance leadership including RAID, RACI, steering committee reporting, vendor oversight, scope control, dependency management and disciplined delivery frameworks (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile).
Data, Integrations & Reporting
Hands‑on experience with data migration, multi‑system integrations, API‑driven environments, OCR workflows, financial institution integrations, and enterprise reporting (Power BI, Board, Solver, MR, Jet, Crystal).
Multi‑Vendor, Multi‑Stream Program Leadership
Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑country, multi‑vendor programs with clarity, structure and executive‑level communication — ensuring alignment between business, technology and delivery.
He has delivered transformation programs across high‑volume, multi‑site environments in multiple sectors, giving him a rare blend of financial, operational and technical insight.
